When People are Valued, it Makes All the Difference.

By Katie Torres

Since starting my job with Envoy less than a year ago, I have been through two major life changes and have faced a handful of personal challenges along the way.

These changes and struggles have temporarily set me back on goals and expectations. I've had to work to keep up and make up for lost time.

I've been frustrated with myself.

But you know, I've been far harder on myself than my boss and coworkers have been on me.

When I am frustrated with myself, I have the privilege of working with people who choose to encourage and help me rather than be angry for my shortcomings.

This is what grace looks like.

This is what it looks like to work with a company who genuinely values the person, not just the profit.

The patience and care I have been shown are what drive me to not just work harder, but to want to work harder.

I want to give as much time as I can to contribute to what this company does.

I want to work hard so that our business can grow and others can experience the joys of working with us.

I want to increase my productivity and raise my personal expectations.

I want to better myself for the benefit of others.

We are a facilities maintenance company.

We work to fix what's broken.

That includes people, too.

Envoy is currently working hard to grow. We want more people on our team who value other people, and want to see more stories like mine happen.

If you want to help make lives better, then maybe this is the job for you. Check out our website to see our job opportunities, or look around to see how Envoy can help meet the needs of your business.
